ply33
First place I'd look for weather strip and window gaskets would be Steele Rubber. The forum over at http://www.p15-d24.com/ is officially for '46-'48 Plymouth and Dodges but a bunch of us with either later or earlier cars have been welcomed in and there is a wealth of knowledge about that era vehicle to be had there. You might want to check it out too.
jpage
Unfortunately there's not a lot available for the early '50's Plymouth and Dodge cars. Especially when it come to station wagons. My suggestion is to be careful with your originals(if you haven't already scrapped them) by not removing them or taking them out carefully so that they can be reused. There are several "universal" shapes of rubber that may be substituted for the side windows. Restoration Specialties(814-467-9842) carries a lot of these channels and may be able to build you a gasket from your sample. While it won't be "original " ,it might suffice. Much of this stuff just isn't available and we always would warn customers to not just to randomly destroy or pitch anything like clips or rubber UNTIL you can verify that replacements are available. I've seen several restorations come to a halt because there was absolutely no rubber available! To have a gasket made(providing you have an excellent sample) could take months or years until completion! You could beat the bushes for another good used gasket or an NOS(almost immpossible to find)part, but your best bet is to try to save your original! R.S. can also help with the window channels, door weatherseals, window fuzzies and trim clips! Good Luck!
