avantey
I have to have the motor mounts for the1931 Hupp rebuilt and I hope someone can help. At the rear they are a vulcanized sandwich with a backing plate, a tubular sleeve for the bolts and two smaller front(engine side) plate. I do not know how thick the rubber was originally and it is quite compressed and brittle now. In the front they are also a sandwich of two discs and a rubber core.Who can mount the original metal in a new rubber core? How do I figure out the original rubber mount thickness? Thanks for any help on this! I am sure others have dealt with this in their restorations, just new to me.Thanks,
