pweston
I am looking at a 1964 Riviera. Car is complete with drive train. I could use the Radiator and A/M FM radio out of it. I don't need the drivetrain. Owner wants me to make an offer. The body and interior are rough Car located 1 hour north of Pittsburgh PA. Your thoughts on a fair price for complete drivetrain?
[This message has been edited by pweston (edited 10-16-2000).]
Guest
I have a 401 from a 1965 Riviera. Engine has less than 80,000 miles. Has not been run in 8 years but turns freely. I'm in Niagara Falls, NY.

quote:
Originally posted by Maytg69:
looking for a 401 motor for sale within about 300 mi of northeast Pa.

Guest
Is the 401 motor better or more desirable than the 425?
Guest
Wait, you're telling me you have a big block with a tranny selling for US$75 and no one has bought it yet???? Crazy I tells ya
Guest
that is correct.I thought it was crazy also as if I had a car I would be running this combo in it.I am only selling as I have no use for it and don't want it to go to waste as these are getting harder to find.I set proce cheap so with shipping it would still be a good deal for someone.
