There is also a place in Seattle that seems to have everything... books4cars.com.

The service manual is very important if you work on your own car...... even if you have a mechanic work on it, having a manual for them may save you $$ in the long run.

Buy the GM manual, the others are incomplete and do not have the detail.

1990 service manuals are in the highest demand so their prices will be higher than other years. You should have one for your years as 1989 had a different dash and 1991 had changes in the engine, transmission and brakes.

Avoid buying one that has "New Product Information" in red on the front, these were early release manuals that only covered the changes for that year. If you could find a good buy, a 1989 plus a 1990 New Product Information would work but you would be carrying around two books.

Search for an answer to your problem both here and on reatttaowner.com. Most problems have been covered in the past and will have information readily available on one or both sites already. The search function is your friend, learn how to use it.

For new issues, I'd use this site as it has a broader following.

There are anumber of tutorials on Ronnies site [www.reattaowner.com] They are the tried and true shortcuts learned by those who have gone before you.

A special thanks goes to Ronnie for cmpiling these tips and maintaining an easy to use website.

After looking there if you still have questions feel free to ask away here'

Regardless of which place you ask your question will will probably get a pretty good answer. This is the most popular Reatta forum by far. I don't know if ReattaOwner.com is considered to be part of this community or not. I do know that this community and ReattaOwner.com have the same goal, helping other Reatta owners with their problems.

I can't speak this forum, but from my point of view as the owner of ReattaOwner.com, there is no rivalry or competition between my website and this forum.

My website was built to work hand in hand with this forum to provide information about the Buick Reatta. Most of the tutorials and other information on my website has been willingly provided by the members of this forum. I try to categorize and arrange that information on my website in a way so it can easily be found and understood by other Reatta owners.

I've already dived in at Reatta owner.com and found lots of helpful info. Thanks for all you do!
