Mascot Accessory

This original accessory affixes to a mascot and enabled the passenger to get a glimpse of the speed when the car was in motion. It is believed that this is NOS as it still retains its original paint, brass trim and all the original mounting bracket & hardware. Would make a wonderful accessory to differentiate a car! I have tried to picture the item accurately, please ask any questions and I'm happy to forward additional pictures if necessary.
