YF CARTER CARBURETOR 4494s w/ AUTOMATIC CHOKE

I have a YF Carter Carburetor 4494s that has a "rebuilt by holley" sticker on it, and it is quite clean as you can see. I used to have a 1939 Buick is this correct for that model, I no longer have it. Looked on ebay an prices are all over the board but not one listed is a 4494s w/ automatic choke. I would like to get $75 or an offer. I would like to know what its application is, in case there is no interest to purchase here, I can try other sites.
