Pedal to engage starter drive to flywheel

I am after the pedal in the floor of a teens car that manually engaged the starter drive pinion with the flywheel ring gear before the starter motor was engaged. It's for a 1915 American LaFrance with a Westinghouse starter..... but I would consider any such pedal and mount that I can adapt to do the job.
