Guest monc440
Just a few pics of the body I have to work with. I'll be pulling it out of the starage barn this weekend or next and getting started on it.Notice that someone brased the rumble seat lid to the lower sectio of the body to make it into a trunk.I'll be making it back into a rumble seat car. ply33
Hard to see but it doesn't look like there is evidence of a window crank mechanism on the rear window which should be there for a factory rumble seat coupe. So it might well be that it was a business coupe with trunk rather than a sports coupe with rumble seat.
Guest monc440
The components are there and the brackets are on the body where the rumble seat lid used to mount. They cut them off and put hinges on the outside, then welded the lower part to the lid. I'll take more pics as I go along. Guest Robert McNeil
Sorry but I Disagree, this is an original rumble lid tail, business coupe lids were much LONGER by 14 inches or more. 30 inches vs 44 inches on a 1934 coupe. I have a SA business coupe, also 44-45 inches long
