It's <A HREF="http://www.books4cars.com" TARGET=_blank>www.books4cars.com</A> They have over 30,000 books, manuals etc; for information that you can purchase. If you need a manual for a certain Buick you just type in a search and they find it. they are a bit pricey but, if you can't find a used one they are fine.
