Buying a 1960 Buick Lesabre

Thinking of buying a 1960 Buick Lesabre so lookiing for help regarding what I should be looking at, where I should look and what or if these cars had any problems.

Dont know much about Buicks except what I have found on the net so any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Check out my 1960 Buick website--it contains a lot of info on what is correct/incorrect. Also has a section on where to look for rust (a major problem!).

If you get serious about a specific car, drop me a line and I can maybe offer a few words of advice.

Greg's website does a great job of illustrating the common rust areas and is an excellent resource for anyone evaluating '60 Buicks.

There are a number of '60 owners active here and a wealth of general knowledge on the nailhead and Dynaflow, so don't be shy with the questions and the folks here will do their best to help you out.

Good luck with your potential purchase and I'm sure everyone would like to see some pictures if you bring this one home.
