1923 Overland Model 91 - ID Tag

I have a friend that sold a 1923 Overland model 91 several years ago. He lives in Idaho. Recently he has found the ID tag for the car and would like the owner to have it.

If anyone here knows someone that bought their Overland from someone in Idaho and it is missing the ID tag - please contact me and I will try to get you in contact with the person that sold the car so they can get the tag.
