April 2012 Brandywine Region Swap Meet -- Kennett Square, PA

Recommended Posts

For the first time since 2005, the Brandywine Region is going to resurrect the swap meet they diligently organized for so many years.

This is a link to the printable version of the registration form / advertisement.

Please show your support as a buyer, scrounger, or vendor. There will be on-site parking with the entire meet taking place on an asphalt lot. Concessions and restrooms will be available, in addition to tours of the restoration shop. Access is easy, right off the Toughkenamon exit of the U.S. 1 bypass in Kennett Square, Pa. (New Garden Township).

With your support, the Brandywine Region looks forward to once again making this an annual event.

Congratulations are in order for all the hard work the BRAACA Region put into their resurrected swap meet. I wanted to post this sooner, but things got away from me. The day was a complete success with an orderly meet and high attendance. The fact that they had less than a year to put the entire thing together raises the bar that another meet in 2013 will be even better. Below are a few shots from the day:

Taken from the shop roof -- visitor parking overflowed onto the grass!:

Taken from the back corner later in the day:

Thanks to everyone who came out -- next year should be even better!
