Mark Simmons
I saw interesting PBS show on the Model T ambulances used during WWI and was wondering if any of them survived and or were brought home? I also noticed during the show that these T's were purchased by individuals or groups and sent "over there" at the purchasers expense. No mention of any philanthropy on the part of Henry Ford. Dave Mellor NJ
There was one in my region, Garden State "Model A" , owned by the late George Engelhart. After George died in the late 80s I heard it went to a Museum in Massachusetts.
TheMoneyPit
There is a T engine rebuilder who is somehow involved in reproducing one - his website is:Connecticut Antique Engine Restoration, LLC and you may have to call, but if there are survivors He'll know where.
