Guest Jim_Edwards
I wouldn't exactly describe that as an exercise in creativity. More like an exercise in what one shouldn't do with a somewhat rare car. Nasty looking from my standpoint.

abelincoln
You think that's bad. Someone paid $110k for this 1948 LINCOLN CONTINENTAL Lot 1037.1 | Barrett-Jackson Auction Company. Ugly console, at least he used a period steering wheel. Blackwall tires?!Abe

Blackwall tires?!AbeYou know, I have no big issues with someone taking a mass produced vehicle and doing their thing but taking a 1939-1948 Lincoln Continental and making it some sort of street rod, regardless of how well done, is just flat wrong.Hope the idiot that bought discovers it is not what he really thought it was going to be. No way anyone can shove a 460 with a C6 into that chassis and it not come out with problems that will probably make it a challenge to drive around the block without some sort of incident. CBoz
I too saw it on Ebay. Here's an enlarged view.Good grief, Keith, get rid of that pic or Obama will slap a $7K tax credit on every one of them that Nissan builds. Sort of a "cash for caca" program.
