SeanR
I am so puzzled. This unknown seller sent me some sort of Delco climate control unit from a late model car (nothing to do with a Reatta). Mine is an 88 anyway. The box is addressed specifically to me with my full name and address yet I never bought anything like this. I have purchased recent parts on Ebay lately for the Reatta but nothing like this. It has a name and address from Elfrida, AZ but no invoice or anything in the box to reference! (poor decision).I'd be glad to return it but if someone sends me a part that I have no way to call back on I guess the seller is SOL? :confused:Uploaded with ImageShack.us
Guest wally888
You could contact him on Ebay? Ask where to forward after you receive forwording postage............Evidently he mailed to wrong address, someone is missing a much needed part. KDirk
If the box had the full return address on it, can you look up the phone number online? perhaps he can be contacted and arranged for the part to shipped back at his expense of course, since you have no dog in this race so to speak. Without the Ebay user id (screen name) there would be no way to make contact there. KDirk

I looked up the address and it takes me to a google street view of a field. I found a loosely associated phone number to the nearest address but that's disconnected. I guess the moral of the story is, if you're gonna mail a part out ya better stick some sort of invoice with phone # in with the part in case it mistakingly ends up to a wrong address. I always get other's mail due to transposed numbers or dyslexic carriers. I googled it and found its for a 97-04 C5 Corvette. These things are notorious for going faulty and go blank and come back on to AUTO at 32* celsius and stop responding to buttons. Doubt if this one even works anyway. Howard
My concern here would not be the part, but how it was paid for. Have you checked to make sure your credit card and/or PayPal account has not been compromised? The fact your correct name and address are listed makes me wonder how someone got that information! Vince76
You can, and should, call EBay and get the info you need. It will only take a few minutes to make someone elses day. Its just the right thing to do.This seller may be inline to lose not only this part, but the money he was paid, including shipping costs. Plus his reputation is on the line as well. As a seller on EBay, I know that shipping mistakes can happen. If this happened to me I would be very appreciative to be contacted so I could straighten the mess out.Put yourself in his shoes, Vincent
MCHinson
I love trying to solve a puzzle. You have not given us all of the information that you have. But here is my best shot with the limted information that you have given us... Assuming that the address is the one listed as the business, Tumbleweed Crossing, I have done some more research. The Arizona Corporation Commission website shows that Tumbleweed Crossing LLC was incorporated by ERIC STIEGEMEIER of 1034 IRENE CIR SUNSITES,AZ 85625. Googling his name I find that he is a board member of the Pearce Sunsites Chamber of Commerce. Their website is:HomeAccording to their website, their phone number is:520-826-3535It would seem likely that you could track down Mr. STIEGEMEIER at the Chamber of Commerce and he could likely help you find contact information for Mr. Jones. If the Tumbleweed Crossing address is NOT the address that the package was shipped from, please let us know what address it was shipped from so some more research could possibly help find Mr. Jones for you. Ronnie
I think you have done more than most people would have done to find the sender of the package.I would put it on the shelf for 30 days in case someone calls for it. Then I would test it and determine if it is worth selling on eBay.

Vince76
Give EBay the name you have. See if they can tell you who it is. Its only a phone call. What have you got to lose? What you have to gain is the knowledge that you helped out a fellow car guy.

SeanR
Here's an update. I called that Chamber of Commerce and they are 20 miles away from Elfrida and have no knowledge of that towns businesses or if they have a chamber of commerce. The secretary kind of laughed because its pretty much an intersection. I somehow found the address is a Uhaul location. I call the # provided from Uhaul and its also a disconnected number. I also found the registered business owner is "Ricky Jones" and called the numbers on the AZ business application and those are also disconnected. Ariz. Corp. Comm. -- Corporations Division.I tried in good faith to find the owner. If someone wants to send a package with poor contact info that's their loss. I'm done babysitting this therefore I'm putting it on Ebay.

I kinda feel guilty but I was also sent something I didn't request. Me and my friends are born detectives. Like someone said, put it on the shelf and wait for the sender to do the leg work, you have done more than one could expect. John
