Can you ID these bumperettes? I need 3 or 4 of them

I have one as seen in the photos. I need 3 or 4 more for a project They are 16 inches long and the studs are 6 in. apart. I can't figure out what they are from.

I think they were aftermarket - universal. Had one on my '38 Dodge purchased in '63 and it was aftermarket - did not match others or brochure picture. The spread of the bolts was to be broad enough to bracket any bumper of the era.
