It has the original metal frame and needs some TLC , but I think it has alot of character! msmazcol Posted January 12, 2012 Share Posted January 12, 2012 The best guy to put a value on this is Steve Moskowitz our biggest olds fan and expert. Give it a day and he chime in on this. The idea of doing a conversion on this would NOT be my choice. My buddy has a Buick sign close to this size. It is a genuine neon unit. It has larger holes needed to pass neons tubes and connections to the back side. I certainly would not do that kind of alterations to your Olds sign. I'm sure it highest value is left alone or at the most perhaps do a minor repair to the outer edge so it gets no worse.It's not rusty it is really full of character just the way it is.My guess $500.00 min as is.
