Guest martylum Posted January 3, 2012 Share Posted January 3, 2012 I have just finished talking with my transmission rebuilder who has disassembled the 53 V-8 Roadmaster Dynaflow transmission. It is a mess inside with lots of metal particles suggesting operation with very little oil.He suggests trying to locate a transmission coming out of a running operating car as this unit needs too many moving parts not normally replaced in a rebuild.Does anyone have a 53 Dynaflow transmission to sell out of a running car or one which has had the transmission pan pulled and inspected for extraordinary wear?ThanksMartin lum717-729-40801953 Buick V-8 Roadmastermarty@oldercar.com Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
