Guest 68vwdubb
Nice looking car! But could there be any more rust on all of the metal components under the hood. Looks to may have sat in salt water at some point! My MI Reatta convertible has no where even close to that much rust under the hood on any of the hardware. Then it amazes me how so many people dismiss cars from MI, because We are in the rust belt! LOL. Still a nice car, but not my $16,500.

padgett
Which is why I look at the top of the shock towers first and the catalytic converter second. There is no reason a garage-kept Michigan car cannot be rust free, it is just unlikely to find one on CL whereas in Central Florida (see my sig)...Wonder if I priced my 'verts too low and people are suspicious. Could always remedy that just for me selling is an annoyance & just do not have time to detail everything.
Barney Eaton
I believe their price is over optimistic........ I agree it has not been detailed enough to fetch their asking price. Note they do not show the condition of the drivers seat or the steering wheel. There appears to be some paint problems on the rear edge of the trunk. We can only hope they get what they deserve......for the car.
Guest Kingsley
Flood waters can run deep, deep! It is a shame that the curent owner did not see fit to go a bit further and align the rear section of the body side molding, driver side.Perhaps the real tragedy of this is that it reduces the number of Select 60's that fall into the "pristine condition" category. Before too long, I will be available to direct attention to a '90 Select Sixty which well qualifies for that description and will be available for sale. It has the right pedigree.
