zephyrdave
I got these in boxes of parts that came with my 39 coupe. Are they running boards that should be covered in rubber or supports that go under the running boards? Pictures would really help. Thanks
Ken/Alabama
They attatch to the body underneath the door . They bolt to the rockers and to the lower rear of the front fenders and the front of the quarter panel extention at the rear. The running board fits over the top of these when installed. Guest Jim_Edwards
Similar appearing pieces were used as interior dash garnish on Deluxe Fords of 1946-48 production. Are what you have metal or the strange plastic made from Soy Bean oil?
zephyrdave
These are made of steel and I am sure that flatcat is correct.
