Guest 31DH
#warA-B4025Borrowed post hole digger from the neighbor that was homemade from a car rear end. Phoned the neighbor he can't remember what he made it out of, but the possibility is a 57 or 1960 Ford. We pulled the axle out of the rear end which was attached to the auger when lifting it out of the hole.I would like to know what holds this axle in place so that we can make the necessary repairs. So if someone could identity this for me it would be much appreciated.Glen Edited October 8, 2011 by 31DH (see edit history)

Willys77
It should be one of the "beefier" 9" diffs made judging from the webbing cast into the carrier.
