Guest stschreib
Here's a new issue that I have not seen before. Since buying the car in June. when I push the door lock button, only the passenger door would automatically lock....drivers side had to be manually locked. I took the door skin off and found that the plunger motor for the drivers side door locks completely broke off the mount on the door frame and sitting at the bottom of the door; thus not making connection with the door lock latch. The motor/plunger does still work with the lock switch. I'm in the process of making a new mounting bracket and will bolt onto the door frame. Wondering if anyone else has run into this.Steve90 Reatta Coupe

Guest stschreib
Nemo, The casting/frame actually broke off the door frame (it was all one piece which was part of the door frame)...I just bend a thin piece of steel 90% and bolted the motor to it and bolted it to the door frame and now I'm back in business. Lock opens and closes as it should.Steve
