1966 Dodge Charger G-code 4 spd rolling chassis project

Recommended Posts

Pretty solid foundation for restoration. This one still has its fender tag attached and was originally a silver over red 383 4 bbl console 4 spd car. Relatively rare at 2,809 units built with that engine/trans combo. I have no build sheet but upon visual inspection you can tell that it was ordered with no power steering, power brakes or a.c., which I think is rather unusual. No original drivetrain but I am throwing in a standard bore 383 that is disassembled but complete including 906 heads and have a freshly rebuilt `69 833 4 spd available for extra money. This car is missing some parts and that is why the price is fairly low but I have been picking up some of the parts as I find them, including a rebuilt electroluminescent power inverter from Mark Gibson(The Gauge Doc.). I have hundreds of pics that I can share with anybody interested. The worst damage due to rust on the car is about 6" of the end of the torsion bar k-member on the passenger side which I may fix myself but the price would go up if I did. Located in the Detroit area.

Asking $2,500.00 as is, w/383 and w/out trans.
