Looks like its pre '55 or '56 since the 55'-56's had dished steering wheels as part of their "Lifeguard" safety design. To me, it looks like it could be from a 53 or 1954. The casting number should start off like this "B3" is '53 "B4" 1954. The first character designates the decade. B is the 1950's.Hope this helps out!
