1927 Erskine

Recommended Posts

I would like to confirm the engine color for a 1927 Erskine. Also, I need a Stromberg T-1 Carburetor on one that will work.

The T1 carburetors were made of pot metal and none have survived.

Call the "Carburetor shop for a replacement Zenith carb.

The 1927 Erskine engine was made by Continental, not Studebaker. Studebaker engines at that time were a light grey. It's likely that the Erskine engine was as well. They changed to Studebaker Green in 1928.
