idrjoe_sandiego
Nice DA. Is the taillight correct on this car? Do you have some pics of the engine compartment-both sides? What's wrong with the motor? Interesting that the hand brake lever is on the door side. I suspect that is necessary to avoid conflict with the passenger seat that moves fore and aft. Guest 30victoria
Will add picks of the engine compartment, my oversight. I purchased the car from the 3rd owner. I have had it for only 5+/- years and he had it for more then 45 years. I spoke to him and he did not change the light. So I cannot factually answer you on that issue. Good eyes on the brake handle. Some have accused that it was moved by us. No not true it came that way from Dodge. I hope to get it running in a couple of days, time is all needed.here are the engine pics. Guest 1930
Brake light is incorrect, second owner found it being used as a chickencoop if I remember right, it has been a few years since he told me the story. He did a very nice job on the car and it is still a very nice car
Guest Backyardmechanic
I too question the E'brake as mine and others that I have seen the E'brake is on the end of the transmation. It would be interesting to know the set up of this unit. Vern

Guest 1930
Victorias have that E-brake set-up, 2 Dr. Brougham as well, there is a cross shaft that runs over to tranny and corresponding band.
Bill Harmatuk
I was getting ready to pump up the tires on the car trailer. What a beautiful automobile.I would have been money ahead to sell the Chrysler and buy the Dodge.Wish a CJ-6 had that color scheme. Absolutely beautiful Dodge and a great price.Bill H Edited February 10, 2011 by Bill Harmatuk (see edit history)
