Layden B
Model T Ford trucks did use this type rim in 23" on the rear for years 1920-1924. Most trucks were supplied with Hayes manufactured wheels and rims but these Kelsey brand were used as well, they were made to fit Kelsey wheels and thus do not interchange with the Hayes. This rim also fits:Lexington autos series T 1922-24Gray trucks 1923-

Layden B
I think the real problem with a sale to the USA would be shipping cost. There are TT truck owners in New Zealand, perhaps one of them would be best.
Otahuhu
Have myself shipped a lot of much heavier parts from all parts of the USA including direct from Hershey .Tend to agree with you with potential sales to the USA ,but worth a try before they go off to the scrap merchant
