What you need to do first is contact the AACA VP Regions and Chapters to obtain the standard package they have for start-ups. The name and address for this individual in on Page 2 of the Antique Automobile magazine or you can go to the homepage of this web site and find it under officers. This position will most likely change during the Annual Meeting next month so unless you are in a big rush, wait till the new VP is announced.<P>If you have access to an AACA Policy and Procedures Manual you can find details on requirements and how to submit a request.

I am interested in starting a new chapter in the West Palm Beach Florida area. Anyone who has comments about how to do it and what you need, I would welcome their comments and experience.
