help with hubcaps

I have some old ford hubcaps and was wondering if anyone can tell me what they year they go on. I have complete sets of then except the round one that has the blue ford in the center. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No.1 looks like a 72-73 Mustang. No.2 appears to be a 64 1/2-66 Mustang. No.3 is 47-48. No. 4 does not ring a bell. I'm sure others will weigh in.

Is number 1 what they call a dog dish?

cap #1 measures 10 1/8" on inside and is 1 7/8" deep

cap #2 measures 13 3/4" across where the retainer tabs are

cap #4 (spoke) measures 13 3/8" where the retainer pins are and is very heavy

cap #3 measures 8 1/8" on the inside rim and the outer rim is 9 1/2" across total and is about 3" deep

jfranz, #3 is what some call a dog dish. Due to the fact that they made good dog food dishes.

#1 is a center cap used on 15" wheels of full size Ford cars and pickups from 1965 thru the '70's.

#2 is for a '65, six-cylinder Mustang with 13" wheels.

#4 appears to be for an early '60's Galaxie with 14" wheels.
