TonyAus Posted December 5, 2010 Share Posted December 5, 2010 The control is designed to avoid condensation in the inlet tract during cold weather by breathing hot air through the exhaust manifold. Here in the temperate anitipodes it has little use as the hot air upsets the mixture.
