D Binger
I have an ad for this carburetor from 1919. It is advertised as The New Stromberg Carburetor. The ad does not say what vehicle it went on. There is arm or linkage missing in the picture.<P>Dan
Mark Huston
I have a 1930 edition of the "Radco Carburetor and Motor Tune-up Manual" In this editon there is a picture of a Stromberg M carburetor that looks just like your carburetor. In this book the only car listed as using the Model M Stromberg is a 1925 Hupmobile. The Model M may be a later version of your carb that first came out in 1919, they look nearly the same, but there could me many difference that are hiden. You might want to check with members of the Hupmobile club and see if they can identify it as a Model M used on the 1925 Hupmobile.
