keiser31
Four wheel brakes=1926. Two wheel brakes=1924 & 1925. Model 58 only made in 1926. 1927=106" wheelbase Model 50. Sounds like a 1927 Model 50 to me if it has four wheel brakes. What body style? Edited October 7, 2010 by keiser31 (see edit history)
keiser31
Not certain if Chrysler and Dodge did the same thing, but look just above the right front spring (above the rear spring perch) for a number. Chrysler may have stamped their numbers on a cross member instead. I just can't recall.
28 Chrysler
On the very early Chryslers the serial number were also stamped on the rear left frame horn in only numbers after changing to the Fedco ID system (if I remember right). A serial number of WW121P would be stamped 001211.This was to ID the car in case of theft or the loss of the dash tag.
