BCA members with their cars

This thread is intended to be a pictorial salute to BCA members with their cars. I'll open the thread with a picture of Bonnie Colone with her 55 Special ( posted with permission), taken at the Schoharie Valley Region AACA show. Hopefully we can see some similar pics from the National, and then keep the thread alive in the future, to put a name with a car.

Here's a few more. These were taken today, 8 1 2010, at the Norman Rockwell Musuem in Stockbridge Mass. A few members had to leave before I could get their pictures, but I'll catch up to them again.

I doubt we will see the last three John. These folks belong to the car club that runs the spring Rhinebeck meet and one of their annual trips is to the Bennington show. I do not expect they will join us from there.

But I am wondering where the other cars are? I hope no one thinks this thread is restricted to just my pictures. It would be great to see pics from all over on this thread.

Introducing Phil Smith, AKA Dr. Phil with his 68 Electra. This was taken on Constitution Island during the formative meeting for a new Chapter in the lower Hudson Valley of NY. Constitution Island is directly across from West Point NY, and was instrumental in the Colonies fight for independance during the Revolutionary War. Great place being held by the US govt for posterity.

My high school senior picture...fall 2003. Lost a lot of hair since then!! I knew it was coming though. Also had to include my better half. She's mad I edited the picture and made the car brighter than her. Guess I messed up. Oops.

that's a great shot of your dad and the car. Priceless. Does he still have those coveralls with the patches?

No, I'm afraid he does not have those coveralls, anymore. The patches were; Buick, Cadillac, Lincoln, Chevrolet. Each of which, represented cars of his collection. The Buick is all of the old car collection, now.

uhhh, reread the thread subject line there Dano, you got it half right so far.

Beautiful Electra btw. :D

Now I guess I better put up or shut up.

So here is Sweet Reet, me and Texas Pete (and Chesty Puller and Zoie the wonder dog)

Yeah, yeah I know, try this one with my new Riviera.

It's good to know you have a famous dog too. Mine is Arliegh Burke. I always said my next dog would be named Chesty Puller.

Yeah Mark, I recognized you by your smile.

Glad to see some new photos

bhambulldog, love that picture of Dad with the Buick? Since he still has it, how about a current one?

James: Your better half should have no fear off that picture. You can make the car as bright as you want, either subject still shines.

Dan, great pics of you with the Riviera, and I still love that Electra.

Mr. Earl, you really have an unbeatable combo in your pics.

Mark, Show us your good side.

It's a bit hard to find a photo with both of us in ( she & he ) and the car.

Here are three, the first has my wife Delys in the Rumble seat ( wearing red hat ) and a mate shouting at a news crew - Thriller you may recognise my favourite Beaver skin hat which gets used a lot in the roadster.

The other 2 photos, one of Delys and one of self are of us doing the usual morning tea stop out of the 50 Jetback boot ( sorry, trunk ) in the bush on a rally.
