Guest Steve Hughes
I wish that I did. My 1911 Oakland has an Ansonia windshield on it and I haven't been able to find any information on it either. If you find anything let me know, and I'll do the same for you if I run across anything.Steve Hughesskh@eskays.com
Guest Earl
Is it the same company that made Ansonia Clocks? Brass buckets were one thing they made in the 1850's and 60's. They also supplied sheet brass that clock gears were made out of. And then for years made high grade clocks. After the turn of the 20th Century they went into making other merchandise to try and stay afloat and by 1929 pretty much went our of business and sold out. All thier equipment then went to the Soviet Union. Maybe if you looked into that outfit you might find they were the one's making those windshield frames.
