PM sent messages?

On occasion I get PMs. I do prefer direct emails but when I do get a PM and respond I have no way of seeing what I have sent after I send the reply.

Can someone tell me where in my User CP I can correct this so I can keep a copy of my sent PMs.

Jim, when you are in the message area of the CP, click on the (down arrow) next to where it says Inbox and you will see a menu with sent messages as one of the choices. The messages are saved automatically.

Thank you for the help but it still didn't work. I clicked on the down arrow in the private messages on the left side and it showed "folders" with two boxes. An inbox and a sent items. When I clicked on the sent items it shows sent messages but the newest one was from june 2009 and nothing since. I replied to a PM this morning but it is not showing in the sent folder.

Jim, somehow saving messages must have gotten turned off in you CP. Go to the CP and click on "Edit Options" on the left. Then scroll down to "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default." and check the box to save messages.
