JZRIV Posted April 13, 2010 Share Posted April 13, 2010 Can someone please 100% confirm the correct plating for the alternator fan and pulley on a 66 Riv?I think they should be silver cad. bob71GS Posted April 14, 2010 Share Posted April 14, 2010 Jason,I got out my 66 sales catalog on page 18 & 19 has color pictures of all the engines. All of them show silver for the alternator fan & pulley. I don't ever recall that they did those in gold cad. Bob Bonto #277 ROATechnical Advisor 71-73. That is consistent with what I thought but as soon as I assume something like that, it backfires and I hate doing things twice.
