New Citroen Book

Recommended Posts

An interesting-looking new book has just been published: Citroen 1919-1949, La Belle Epoque by Wouter Jansen. (320 pages) published by Histoire & Collections of Paris. It's in French, but loaded with nice period photographs, many from private collections. The writer is a noted Dutch Citroen expert. The book covers the height of Citroen's inventiveness from the 10HP up to the 2CV. Citroen always seemed a step ahead of their mass-production competitors, and produced one iconic car after another. You can find this one on Amazon France at a bit under fifty euros. Not cheap, but I'll probably end up getting it!
