Mssr. Bwatoe
I am replacing my skirt rubber and skirt grommits. Chris Herril sent nice repro stuff. with brass rivits fit the skirt rubber, and aluminum rivits for the grommits..How the hell do you install rivits..I think the skirt could be held against the garage floor, then hammer the suckers to peen over...but on the fender, underneath ??I guess screws...anyone........anyone.......?? Guest DADDIO65
I left my original brass rivets on my skirts... and made holes in my new material. It worked perfectly for me..... I was able to stretch the material accordingly and it turned out pretty good for a amateur I think???
