Sentimental Tour-Touring in Texas!

Recommended Posts

Hi guys!

I have finally started on getting a "few" pictures up on the Photo Gallery from this tour.

Did I say a few? I've just finished day two, you be the judge with three more days to go. I wish I had time to give a little commentary on each shot, but........:)

Go to the LAST PAGE to get to the beginning. I will be working on the next three days shortly.

Let's try that again with 6 pictures instead of 10.

What a great tour! We've been touring for years and this was the

most organized of any. Went off without a hitch and we all saw

Texas like the Texans do.

Did you hear about the two New Yorkers whose air balloon drifted

from Arizona and came close to the ground in Texas and the occupants yelled down to the Texans "Where Are The Hell Are We?"

The Texans replied "You are in a hot air balloon's basket".

A funny thought just occurred to me Paul. Isn't it amazing how many people drive many miles, sometimes thousands of miles, to see a ramshackle old shed/building, the type that we knocked down in our back yards years ago?:D

My son below doesn't know any better, but my wife???:cool:

Look at that boy! Clueless!:confused::)

What do you mean "Ramshackle? !@#%&*, that's a piece of history!

Do you remember ever seeing the George W. Bush Ranch house?

No, what you saw was a half dead Texas Oak tree with a ramshackle

shed in the background. Makes it a historical place to see.

So, here we are LIVE from the Texas White house of G.W. Bush.

Good to hear from you, Don.

Glad to hear you made it home safely. Yes, we're all looking forward to the "Valley Sentimental Tour". I'm sure Stu Allen and the guys will have plenty of interesting things to see and do, plus the country doesn't get any prettier than that part of Virginia.
