I need your assistance. I am the National Meet Chairman for the ACD Club. This year one of my projects is we are hosting a Special Exposition of Rochester-Duesenberg Powered passenger motorcars (not race cars). These were the walking beam engines. Typically they were found in Argonne, Biddle, Kenworthy, Roamer, ReVere, Richelieu, Wolverine, etc. I have identified about 10 owners. I am not wanting to leave anyone uninvited. I ask your help in providing me contact information on anyone or any museum known to own one of these motorcars.

The event is the 55th annual ACD Reunion held at Auburn, IN. If you can help, kindly contact me.

Cordially,

John Baeke

John,

I can't help with any cars or owners, but if you need any filler for printed matter,

consider using this 1920 Black & Decker ad from Automotive Industries.

There can't be much ephmera for such cars floating around, and it shows a

Barley Motor Car interior scene with some chassis. Just a thought...

Larger; click once after opening to enlarge & save the biggest file-size.

Good luck with the event!

(PS, I'm the one who sent you the 1919 Elizabeth, NJ Duesenberg Factory

folio of copies with all the machine company adverts).

Wonderful piece. Continued thanks. I am fortunate to have access to Fred Roe's archives so I now have the fortunate problem of more material than I will be able to publish. Much obliged. / J. Baeke

Just to clarify so people don't start wondering. I didn't say I possessed the Fred Roe collection; just have friends in high places. / JB
