Rick Lay Posted January 11, 2010 Share Posted January 11, 2010 I am very sorry to report that Charlie Adams, member of the AACA National Awards Team/Committee passed away suddenly last Thursday morning. Many of our AACA judges are very familiar with and have judged with Charlie. Charlie was also a past AACA National Director. His funeral will be tomorrow in Newnan, GA. Ccar Posted January 16, 2010 Share Posted January 16, 2010 I just heard about the passing of Charlie Adams.. What a loss to AACA in General and to the Judging system. I have been a member of the National Awards Committee with Charlie for some time and have held him in high reguard for his knowledge of the many various makes and models of our "best winning vehicles". His approach to the selection of the winners for the Annual AACA National Awards was commendable. We have all learned from him, and we all will miss him.
