My 1987 3/4 ton gmc w/ 1975 dana 44 front end and 1975 3/4 ton rear end has no brakes and I cant figure out the problem. I have just put in all new brake lines and brake hoses, new master cylinder, new calipers, it has fairly new pads and rotors what could be the problem? any help would be greatly appreciated thanks..

First make sure the master cylinder is full and has pressure. Did you bench bleed it before you installed it?

Do you have a presssure bleeder or just someone pressing (slowly) on the pedal? Make sure they don't rapidly pump the pedal, as it will foam the fluid.

Start with the wheel cylinder the farthest from the master cyl, which would be the L rear.

Then the R rear, R front and then last the L front. (be sure to check fluid level after each wheel cyl shows pressure.

You got it reversed...First do the passenger side rear (right rear) then left rear then right front then left front (driver's side last). Be certain you have adjusted the drum brakes (if equipped) prior to bleeding.
