Guest broker-bob
-one of my cars is a 36,P2,,, Plymouth sedan this goes out to other owners of this car------------I think the designers must have been drunk when this car was on the drawing board the hood hinge and the problem with opening it with one side leaning on the other ,,have a bracket which fastens to the hinge screws but doint know the reason ------- then the head lights when closing the hood you have to be very carefull about damaging the lights ---- and the lack of rain gutters ,,,,,, if youre caught in the rain the water fills the doors and if you open them water stains the head liner just doint think the designers gave much forethought------------------ comments ????? bobnroman@yahoo.com Edited December 25, 2009 by broker-bob (see edit history)
keiser31
I had the same problem with the hood on my 1936 Dodge. You had to be extra careful not to hit the back of the headlamp bucket. Actually that is a problem with most 20s and 30s cars.
