d2willys, no, I don't think $724 was too much to spend. If an individual could even source the hard parts needed, he would still spend well in excess of this amount to have one of these rebuilt.

Were you the seller? Do you have other 3T/Flight Pitch cores that you're rebuilding? Please let me know. I'm sometimes aware of '59 owners who are seeking rebuilt 3T's.
