Guest kram
HELLO ALL, HOPE EVERYONE HAD A GOOD THANKSGIVING. WE ARE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT ON OUR 1940 LINCOLN WHAT COMES OFF HEATER FAN MOTOR UNDER HOOD AND WHAT IT CONNECTS TOO. LOOKS LIKE RUNS TO SOMETHING THAT MOUNTS BEHIND RADIATOR AND IS SUPPORTED BY UPPER HOSES. THEN SOME TYPE OF FLEX PIPE FROM FAN MOTOR TO THAT PART.THANKS IN ADVANCE MARK
Phil Knapp
If what you are describing looks like the attached photo, it's the fresh air intake for the manifold heater. Tubing goes down from this to he heat exchanger in the exhaust pipe, then up to the blower.
