WTB: 1940 Ford Deluxe Station Wagon frame

All the 1940 frames are the same and are interchangeable however the pickups, convertibles and station wagons have slightly heavier gauge steel in the X member and the way to pick this is that the rear legs of the X member in the sedan's and coupes have no holes in them except for the oval hole at the rear each side for the exhaust pipe to pass through.

The convertible's etc. have a series of round holes punched in them for lightening. The pickups do not have the body mounts extensions which are bolted on the side of the frame.

Repo rust repair frame sections and body mounts are available if you need them to repair yours.
