Santa Maria CA Swap Meet November 6-8, 2009

Anybody out there planning to attend this event?

It's held at the historic Santa Maria Inn, a very nice hotel. The very best "Santa Maria Style" bar-b-que steaks are at the Hitching Post in Casmailia, CA (Do a Google on the Hitching Post, Casmailia, CA).

Lots of neat parts and some of the best LZOC members including Jerry Emery, Dave Cole, Alan Whelihan, Merv Adkins, Heinz Schu, Tom Brunner, and Earle Brown - to name just a few.

Read that sentence more closely, Jeff.

I specifically stated that SOME of the best LZOC members will be there.

I didn't mean to imply that ALL the best members will be there, nor was it intended to be an all inclusive list. That's why I added the phrase "to name just a few"!

Don't take it out of context!!!

Oh, by the way, how come you're not giving me any flak about "The very best Santa Maria Style bar-b-que steaks at the Hitching Post in Casmalia, California"? Don't confuse the original Casmalia store with the one by the same name in Buellton, CA which was featured in the 2004 movie "Sideways".

I have to take that to mean that you either agree with me or you've never eaten there!
