Hey folks, the very last (as in no more) weekend for the Kingman Drive-In Theatre is coming up this weekend, October 26th and 27th. I?m telling ya you don?t want to miss what these guys have in store for you. Fall has fallen and where have all the good times gone? Right there where those hot cars and cool flicks make their last appearance. Classic cars, family entertainment, and ghostly movies you haven?t seen on the big screen for years, and may never again. If that isn?t enough, win some great free prizes, and we are not talking popcorn either. A $1000 worth should grab you like a skeleton hand. A Halloween costume party going on even Elvis isn?t going to miss. We?re all invited, and you can get more info at www.drive-infilm.com, or toll free 888-891-1139. These cats are going out in style and you sure don?t want to miss it! grin.gif" border="0

Not that I am interested, but someone might be.
KINGMAN WHERE????? confused.gif" border="0
And the website doesn't respond either.
If you are going to take up space on here to hype some activity it would be a nice idea to give more facts and less hype.
But that's just my opinion. rolleyes.gif" border="0

Sorry David, but my computer will NOT bring up that website. I get either a cannot find or the website cannot be displayed message.
There is nothing in the original post on my screen giving any identification of the site.
Therefore I reasonably assumed that there was no location either in the post or accessable via the website.
If I am the only one not getting the site, my apologies for my post. If there are any others I am only 1/2 nuts.
It sure helps if these guys would register. That way we could ask for clarification without publicly questioning the poster's abilities.
Howard

Sorry Howard. I misunderstood you post. If you click on the shortcut it brings up http://www.drive-infilm.com,/ in your brower. Remove the ",/" from the end and you will get the site.
click here for the correct website link.
Again, my apologies.

For those in the Connecticut shoreline area, there's a NYC Disaster Relief benefit car show upcoming on Sunday October 28th at Hammonasset State Park. It's sponsored by WDRC-FM ("Oldies 102.9") and the Connecticut Street Rod Association. Info about the event is posted on WDRC's "Cruisin' News" page: http://www.drcfm.com/cruisin_news.shtml (hope I got that URL right).
Hammonasset's a beautiful place, and the cause is a noble & timely one. Great excuse to get the old car out for at least one more run this season!
