Local Show - Nice Packards

Here are a few pictures from a show we attended Sunday in CT, 43 year tradition sponsored by the Belltown Antique Car club that really draws the prewar stuff. Despite the less than ideal weather there was still a decent showing. The third car in in the first picture is ours. We were awarded second place (anyone who knows this show knows the trophies are bells - very cool, I have always wanted one...); a nice surprise as the class was only around 6 cars but all were pretty nice.

Real treats were some great Packards including 2 V-12s, the 1934 below and a 1937. Other Classics that came out included two Pierce Arrows, a phaeton and a roadster. Moral of the story - go even if it is kind of grey outside! We got wet but no one's car melted...

check out the Belltownantiquecarclub.org site for more pictures.
