JoelsBuicks
My original 36-91 has rear fender welting. It's approximately a 3/16" bead.Joel
Seldenguy
I have worked on several '36 Buick's and to my recollection all had fender welting front and rear. The welt was not a plastic fabric as we see it today. Rather it was a pyroxalin (sp) coated cloth with a cotton cord inside and a original diameter about 1/4".Has to be made up in a upholstery shop today.
